For many summers, the Soda Creek POA has had issues with non-residents coming into their pond, partying, swimming, fishing, etc. After asking them to leave, having to be their own security guards from dusk till dawn, their new plans are rolling out to crack down on the tom foolery that happens each year from May to September. Enough is enough. Change happens now.

Hire a security guard from May - Sept all day, every day.
Seek & request website removal from any site carrying info that the pond is open for recreation.
Updated signs about rules and regulations.
Daily drive ups to check on violators.
